I will have just one source of income. While it would be nice to have a realty company – to do everything I would want to will not be able capable of being done with just $20,000,000. This will mean acquiring 9 sites, gutting/tearding down, renovating/rebuilding, and providing a space for tenants. This is simply not possible with just $20,000,000. You would need to go one level up for my realty company to become something worth mentioning.
